FORMATS, TIME LIMITS
&
PRESSING INFORMATION
FOR ALL VINYL RECORDS
Format needed is a cdr
of tracks or your already prerecorded,pre mastered cd . I am not mastering
your music. The only mastering that is done will be when it is in plating
process, and that is not for sound quality. What you send is how it will
sound pressed to vinyl. You send shit, shit get pressed. All material sent
to me will be kept by me,unless it is your only copy and your short on
a cd burner or have some other lame excuse. There is a form that will have
to be filled out before you can be included on any record/s, basically
it is a permission form for me to replicate your music. You own the music,
i am only using it. The form will have to be filled out by the originator
of the songs in question. I pay all costs for pressings, you
provide only the music pre mastered to disk. Any questions email me directly,
i answer all emails and will listen to anything submitted for these record/s.This
is a non profit record pressing, i will only try and get money invested
back.Price of records will reflect that investment. 7" deals will have
to be worked out before submitting material to me. Compilation matieral
can be sent,but i will have to approve songs for any compilation. All mechandise
can be purchaced through me via mech page information. All pressings are
plated by Aardvark mastering in Denver. (quote from paul @ Aardvark)"

at United Records (they are cheap for vinyl) , or at Erika
Records.

One plant i use (United pressing)
is coming down hard on sampled matieral used in pressings.
They will not allow it to be
pressed. If you wish to include anything , let me know and we'll see if
it will fly with presser before we get to that stage and get fucked for
pressing it. Or we will see about using a different pressing plant
like Erika.
TRACK TIMES FOR COMPILATIONS
Track times can vary from 30 seconds
to 2 minutes or more depending on what your sound is. Normally i like them
to be within 2 minutes 30 seconds maximium. 12" records usually are 18
minutes per side unless i have a long cut l.p.. lets discuss times please.
TRACK TIMES FOR ALL VINYL
RECORDS
(quiet-loud-ok-normal) refers to
loudness of record when cut more time reflects quieter record, shorter
equals louder record.These times are for Ardvark mastering and are from
thier site.
